Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our services by integrating psychotherapy into a thriving medication management practice. Our affiliated hospitals and referral partners are eager to transition patients into a setting that offers both psychiatric and therapeutic services, creating a strong and consistent referral stream for the right candidate. Scheduling Billing and collections Credentialing assistance

Flexible schedule and autonomy over your caseload Opportunity to build and grow a psychotherapy program within the practice Responsibilities: Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain appropriate documentation Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure Qualifications: Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) in Tennessee Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Experience in outpatient or behavioral health settings preferred Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation Compensation: Competitive 1099 contract rate (based on experience and services provided) Why Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice at a pivotal time.
