Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Tennessee Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee through telehealth. The position includes assessments, ongoing counseling, treatment planning, and coordination with the clinical team. Clients may present with concerns related to mood, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. The clinician will work with each client to identify appropriate goals, provide counseling and practical support, and monitor progress over time.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual therapy sessions through telehealthComplete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plansHelp clients develop coping strategies and connect with appropriate resourcesComplete risk assessments and safety plans when clinically indicatedMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHRParticipate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviewsFollow applicable Tennessee licensing requirements and professional standards
