Analyze current reporting delivery methods in stores and determine the future roadmap Review processes for ordering, selling, and financial follow-up of the Marmaxx Beverage program Determine best practices and requirements for a “one TJX” Cash office solution Evaluate store needs against the strategy for deployed mobile devices and workstation hardware Determine business use cases and ROI for enabling in-store Wi‑Fi Assist in managing business requirements and execution plans for store infrastructure and network technical roadmaps Advocate for Marmaxx stores in prioritization activities with other business divisions and IT Partner with Stores, Field Leadership, IT, and Home Office departments to deliver systems solutions Support evaluation, implementation, development, upgrades, and rollouts of system changes Requirements Interest in retail store operations and technology systems Previous work experience in a retail store preferred Excellent relationship development skills and cross-functional collaboration Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills Self‑motivator and ability to prioritize projects Demonstrated experience in a multi‑tasked environment Previous experience with project management preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in analyzing retail operations and technology systems, with a focus on project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective communication.
