Store Operations Graphic Design Co-op

Partner with key stakeholders to understand current objectives and strategies and identify opportunities to leverage digital communications channels Create digital designs to streamline communication and enhance engagement on digital platforms under direction of the Store Operations Improvement Manager Whiteboard visual design in partnership with the MMX Store Operations Communication Team to ensure messaging supports initiatives and is on brand for project rollouts Create infographics to support training programs and communications for visual representation and streamlined retention Complete special projects as assigned Support the Store Operations team by developing innovative, strategically driven concepts and translating them into finished creative content for in-store and digital channels Requirements Previous co-op experience preferred but not required Advanced skillset in graphic design Experience in video / video production and photography preferred but not required Ability to concept and design in a variety of styles across a variety of media with a concentration in digital Effective verbal and written communication Strong project management skills Ability to anticipate and think through impact of decisions and communications on intended audiences Self-starters with exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments in a professional and confidential manner Excellent communicators who work well both individually and in a team environment Strong attention to detail, superior time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively Willingness to seek out feedback, and ability to incorporate feedback to enhance performance Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced graphic design skills with a focus on digital media, effective communication, and strong project management abilities. Capable of creating engaging visual content and infographics that enhance training and communication efforts.
