ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering customer phone calls and emails Work with customers to ensure compliance with registration, title, insurance, payments. Prepare and package customer files for final underwriting/funding to senior management Credit reporting Preparing lease contracts Analyzing auto industry trends that affect future residual values Review status, compliance and performance of leases and follow up accordingly Researching lease issues and customer queries Maintain and update leasing platforms Handling logistics on lease returns and repossessed vehicles Complete special projects or duties as requested Research and prepare documents for our legal team

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. High multi-tasking skills Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a professional manner Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

4 year Bachelor\'s degree preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, (customer service, data entry) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality of work Ability to articulate comprehensive information Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

COMPENSATION

Hourly position Total Compensation range from $22/hr. to $24/hr.
