Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, primarily in a remote setting but also from our outpatient office as needed.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to promote client healing.

• Engage in thorough client assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual and family needs.
\n
• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services, facilitating effective communication and treatment for English and Spanish-speaking clients.
\n
• Remain compliant with all HIPAA regulations and ensure client confidentiality in all interactions.
\n
• Maintain timely documentation and records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, contributing to organized case management.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.

• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and maintain current knowledge of industry practices.

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide effective therapy in both English and Spanish.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically with children, adults, and families.

• A deep respect for, and sensitivity to, the cultural and individual needs of clients.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in electronic documentation and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
\n
• Willingness to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day, ensuring availability for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification or training in CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR therapy.

• A specialty in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Previous experience as an in-network provider on insurance panels.
\n
• Demonstrated capacity for self-reflection and a strong motivation for professional development in therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
