Quality Painting LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our growing team in St Clair County, MI. This is a great opportunity to bring your craft to a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality results on every project. If you love transforming spaces and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Select and mix paints and coatings to match color specifications
- Set up and safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Apply caulking, sealants, and primers as needed before painting
- Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking tape
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting materials
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to jobsite in St Clair County area
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license a plus
