Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring optimal health outcomes through evidence-based nursing practices. This is a travel RN position requiring flexibility and strong clinical skills. Responsibilities: Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management. Qualifications: Valid RN license with active state licensure. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
