Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Computer Support in Burbank CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location you will serve as a welcoming visible presence for tenants and visitors. You will manage access assist with inquiries monitor security-related activity and communicate professionally to help maintain a secure environment. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors vendors and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors verify identification and authorization as required manage visitor sign-in processes and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity access points and security-related systems from a stationary front-desk post; report unusual activity maintenance concerns and/or access issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with building management emergency responders and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor contractor package key and incident records while providing professional communication and supporting a welcoming building environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
