About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management to serve as the senior operating officer for new student enrollment. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting new student headcount, net tuition revenue, and class profile targets. This role is pivotal in the operational systems that convert interest into enrolled students, with a focus on recruitment across diverse populations and the integration of financial aid strategy. The AVP EM will direct undergraduate and graduate admissions operations, financial aid strategy, and the Welcome Center and campus visit operations. They must be adept at holding a funnel target, running a Title IV compliance shop, and be outcomes-driven, with a strong emphasis on the seamless transition from admit to enroll. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or financial aid. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in supervising professional staff and a deep understanding of the enrollment process, particularly in the context of a regional comprehensive institution. Essential qualifications include the ability to own and meet new student targets, direct financial aid strategy, and manage the full spectrum of enrollment operations.
