Project/Program Manager

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Chicago, IL. Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence. Responsibilities:

• AI League program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)
• Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)
• Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)
• Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)
• Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time
• Stakeholder management, event coordination experience is preferred
