Requirements:

• This position requires a minimum of a BSN. Leadership and management skills preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in finance/budgeting, computer applications, organizational theory and application, human resource management.
• Demonstrated and ongoing commitment to continuous professional growth, development and excellence required. Maintains a good physical/emotional well-being and a positive attitude.
• Possess personal qualifications such as kindness, sympathy, good judgment, and an ability to relate effectively. Recognizes the importance of setting a good example for others.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills required.
• Management applications, and customer service marketing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in an acute care facility or health care area in sterile processing required.
• CPR and ACLS Certification required; TNCC certification preferred.
