What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards
- Assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
- Delegate, communicate, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Manage resources effectively to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain professional responsibility and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Support unit and departmental goals through active involvement
- Document accurately and utilize data to evaluate care quality
What You Need:
- Must hold an active RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong computer proficiency and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and work independently
