In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support and optimize Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) processes within ServiceNow. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing asset and CMDB data, mapping end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, supporting software compliance and audit initiatives, and contributing to IT Asset Management product roadmap planning by identifying enhancement opportunities and prioritizing business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document requirements for: Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)Map asset lifecycle processes: Request Procure Deploy Maintain RetireSupport software compliance initiatives: License trackingReconciliationAudit readinessDocument integrations with tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc.Analyze asset and CMDB data for accuracy and completenessWork with procurement, finance, and security teams for requirement alignmentDefine reporting needs: License complianceInventory accuracyCost optimizationSupport UAT and validation of asset workflowsCreate documentation: Process flowsData modelsSOPsRequired Skills5–8 years BA experience in IT / Infrastructure domain3+ years ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM)Strong understanding of asset lifecycle & CMDBExperience with data analysis (Excel/SQL preferred)Exposure to audit/compliance environmentsAbout AgreeYa: AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering a competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
