Required Skills/ Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow testing, QA processes, test management, functional validation, defect tracking, and UAT support.Strong ServiceNow QA and functional testing experience.Understanding of ServiceNow SIR, ITSM, workflows, SLAs, routing, notifications, and security incident processes.Experience creating test cases, test scripts, traceability matrices, and defect logs.Experience with ServiceNow Test Management and Automated Test Framework (ATF) concepts.Strong documentation and evidence capture discipline.Ability to work in regulated or audit-conscious environments.Experience supporting business-led UAT and production validation.Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
