Marketing Manager - Commercial Programs

Overview C.H. Robinson is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team. This is an individual contributor role focused on executing and managing day-to-day marketing initiatives that support business priorities, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operating with ownership and accountability. It is well suited for a marketing professional ready to take on greater responsibility and grow over time. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial and business priorities Develop and refine marketing content, including email, presentations, web content, and customer communications Perform end-to-end project management: drafting briefs, defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution Partner with business and commercial stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions Collaborate with design, web, PR, social media, and internal communications to bring projects and campaigns to life Track and report on campaign performance and share insights to inform future initiatives Balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution, including recurring and time-sensitive deliverables Support website updates and content publishing (training provided), ensuring accuracy and consistency Contribute to process improvements within the marketing team Qualifications Required: 2–5 years of professional marketing experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Strong written communication skills in English Preferred: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail B2B marketing experience Experience supporting commercial or customer-facing teams Familiarity with digital and campaign marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation or CMS platforms) Experience working with global or cross-regional stakeholders Additional language skills are a plus but not required Compensation Compensation Range: $58,000.00 - $91,800.00 per year. The base pay range reflects minimum and maximum base pay for this location; individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.
