About the Role

As a Farmers Licensed Producer, youll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. Youll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and access to industry-leading tools and resources. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually run their own Farmers agency.

What Youll Do:

Build relationships with new and existing clients
Educate customers on insurance options and coverage needs
Generate quotes, present solutions, and close sales
Support agency growth through marketing and outreach
Develop the skills needed for future agency ownership
