Experienced Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts , the premier tree care professionals in Stockertown, PA , is searching for an Experienced Tree Climber to join our 2- to 4-person crews. In this essential role, you will assist in tree removal, pruning, and general preservation techniques while adhering to ANSI standards.

Role Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with your crew leader, coworkers, clients, and the public.
Ensure safe tree operations and strictly follow our company safety culture.
Maintain your assigned vehicle and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.
Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialists.
Operate aerial lifts safely and effectively.
Commit to a schedule of at least 40 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

At least 4 years of tree climbing experience.
Valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Forestry or Horticulture Degree.
ISA Certified Arborist (or close to obtaining certification).
