Impact CSC, located in Tampa, FL, seeks a visionary, mission-driven executive to lead IMPACT Community Service Corporation (IMPACT CSC), the nonprofit community development arm of Bible-Based Fellowship Church Tampa Bay (BBFCTB). Reporting to the IMPACT CSC Board of Directors and the BBFCTB Lead Pastor, the Executive Director sets strategy and overseas operations, fundraising, programs, and compliance, building partnerships that expand the church's community impact in education, economic empowerment, health, and social services. This full-time role requires a collaborative leader who can align BBFCTB's ministries with IMPACT CSC's outreach to maximize community transformation.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in nonprofit, community development, or mission-driven organizations, including executive/senior management responsibility for strategy, finance, and operations.
• Proven track record building measurable, mission-aligned initiatives and cross-sector partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance, budgeting, fundraising, grant development, and donor stewardship.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, public speaking), and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit compliance and reporting requirements; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of IMPACT CSC and BBFCTB
Preferred
• Success securing grants, corporate sponsorships, and major gifts.
• Experience with faith-based community partnerships and volunteer engagement programs.
• Direct experience working with a nonprofit Board, including governance and board development.
• Familiarity with community needs assessment and program/outcome evaluation.
