Agile Scrum Master

Scrum Master Dynamic work schedule - This is five days on site a month in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. (They can fly/drive into the office as well). If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate. Location: Durham, NC, NC Local Candidates Only Must Have: 3+ years experience Experience working with multiple scrum teams at a time, ideally Scrum Master Certified! You will partner with others to accelerate value delivery by – Planning and executing existing initiatives and new projects in an agile organization Supporting the team with their continued agile journey and maturity of the Agile Approach Providing agile coaching and mentoring to the team Being a leader who serves Guiding use of the scrum and scaled agile framework Effectively facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies Helping remove impediments and coordinate dependencies Being a change agent for continuous improvement The Expertise You Bring Certified Scrum Master or related training 3+ years' experience in a Scrum Master and/or Program Management role Experience using JIRA, Jira Align is a plus You will drive the program to ensure that we can provide proper status, and address program blockers, project outcomes which impact project timelines.
