Project Administrator

Project Documentation Manager
Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.
Enters project information and data into project management technology tools (software applications, web-based tools, job cost accounting tools).
Provide administrative support to the project management team and oversight on complex project documentation preparation and execution.
Engage in special projects requiring work-flow analysis, data aggregation and integration, and quality assurance as directed by management.
Assist in creating, reviewing and monitoring monthly reports, including but not limited to, utilization reporting, pipeline, solution-specific reporting, backlog.
Able to work through complex problems our operations teams are facing and leverage key stakeholders to achieve a resolution.
High aptitude for tightly organized planning and process management, and strong attention to detail.
Requires basic analytical skills.
Accurate log and track submittal status and push for approval with sense of urgency.
Required skills:
Oversees and processes documentation for project commitments.
Assists management in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project governance practices and policies. Assists with project administration deliverables.
Assists in project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Other duties may be assigned.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
May coordinate work and assign tasks.
Utilize effective communication to develop strong relationships with your team and other PM teams.
Persistent and highly collaborative.
In addition, the candidate will be self-directed with good negotiation and execution skills.
Requires advanced excel knowledge, i.e., pivot tables, data migration, charting.
Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Keep all administrative tasks up to date and tracked within our timeline and procedural processes.
Adapts quickly and fluidly to rapidly changing projects and under dynamic conditions.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Execute project tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress of projected team goals.
Education and Experience:
Must have Associate degree or equivalent experience/certifications required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience of project management skills with a focus on rigorous prioritization.
