• 8 hr shift: ~24 prebooked + 4 walk-ins; 9 hr: ~28 prebooked + 4
• Average 20 - 24 patients per 8 hrs or 25 - 27 per 9 hrs
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range: 6 months and up
