• 8-hr shift: ~20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shift: ~25 - 27 patients
• Plus 4 walk-in patients per shift
• Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Ages 6 months and up -- pediatric, adult, and women's health required
• Office-based procedures required
• Primary care, preventative, and same-day care environment
• Fast-paced setting -- flexibility and adaptability essential
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience required; 1 year in primary care
