Outside Sales Account Manager (Multi-Family) Southeast Jacksonville

Job Summary Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts and expanding opportunities with current customers. Requires operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle 20% of the work week. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers across all levels of an organization. Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers. Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned geographic area. Share market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization. Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing input for effective sales strategies. Attend business meetings, trade shows, and regional or national activities as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of business‑to‑business field sales experience. Experience selling maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to multi‑family housing and facilities maintenance customers. Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a CRM system such as Salesforce. Experience with consultative or solution selling. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote or territory‑based position. Resident of Southeast Jacksonville territory (or ability to relocate). Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary plus sales incentive bonus. Laptop/tablet, cell phone, and monthly expenses are included.
