Support Specialist

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Support Specialist in our Greenville, SC office. The Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical functions to provide assistance and support to the firm. Responsibilities Receiving calls and visitors Composing and typing routine correspondence, including emails and faxes Sending and receiving mail Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc. Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office) Editing PowerPoint presentations Attending meetings and taking minutes Proofreading technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors Performing minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports Inputting timesheet and expense reports Assist in special projects as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years' experience in administrative support role High school diploma or equivalent Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar Preferred Qualifications Experience in the AEC industry Associate degree in administration or other related field Benefits Besides our comprehensive benefits package (see more at Benefits That Work for You), we offer paid overtime for salaried employees, an annual bonus, and access to company cabins in Red River, New Mexico and Banner Elk, North Carolina.
