Who You Are B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA required 5-7 years of public accounting experience from Big4 or top 10 CPA firm Strong foundation of understanding US GAAP, technical accounting, and complex accounting areas Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to think outside the box What You Will Do Step into a high-exposure technical accounting role supporting complex transactions, new business initiatives, and key external reporting deliverables Take ownership of SEC reporting, partnering closely with FP&A and Investor Relations to drive high-quality disclosures and streamline reporting processes Serve as a go-to technical advisor, tackling areas like revenue recognition, equity, derivatives, licensing arrangements, and other judgment-heavy topics Play a hands-on role in M&A activity, supporting multiple acquisitions each year through purchase accounting and valuation work Why Work Here Fast career progression: Strong performers are rewarded with meaningful responsibility and frequent promotion opportunities. Compensation Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 base per year with RSUs and bonus.
