As part of our commitment to providing top-notch service, we are seeking an attentive and reliable Overnight Parking Attendant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests arriving during the night hours. As the Overnight Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the hotel’s parking operations during the overnight shift. Your duties will include monitoring the parking lot, assisting guests with parking needs, and ensuring the security of vehicles and the parking area. Your role will contribute to maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and safety during the late-night hours. Responsibilities Manage hotel parking operations during the overnight shift. Monitor parking lot and handle guest parking needs. Ensure security of vehicles and parking area. Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and safety. Qualifications Previous experience in parking management or guest services is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management. Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Valid Driver's license with a clean record with no history of accidents or moving violations.
