Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in School Psychology or related field Current New Mexico School Psychologist license (required) Strong collaboration and consultation skills with educators, parents, and administrators Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide actionable recommendations Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school preferred) Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Commitment to promoting safe, accessible, and inclusive educational environments Primary Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support student learning and development Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling, support services, and crisis intervention to students Consult and partner with teachers and families to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges Facilitate preventative mental health initiatives and school-wide programs Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Contribute to staff training, professional development, and the promotion of best practices in school psychology Imagine making a meaningful difference each day, leveraging your experience to guide students to their fullest potential in a supportive and engaging educational setting.
