Assistant Project Manager As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mechanical projects. Requirements for this role 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or construction administrative role. Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade. Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D. Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.). Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects. Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with industry software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad is a plus. Able to understand and manage job deadlines. Location and Travel This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. It will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area, which can be up to 30-40% of the role.
