Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:
Diagnose, stage, and develop personalized treatment plans for various cancersAdminister chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapiesMonitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progressManage side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of lifeEducate patients and families on diagnosis and treatment optionsCollaborate with surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient careParticipate in clinical trials, research, and quality improvement initiativesStay current with oncology guidelines, research, and best practicesMentor other healthcare staff in oncology best practices
What You Need:
Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensureMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience in oncologyStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate approach to patient care
Preferred:
Experience in rural healthcare settingsParticipation in clinical research
