IAM Operations Engineer

Scope of Work
* Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
* Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
* Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
* Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
* Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
* Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
* Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
* Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $61.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
