Strategic Fleet Manager - Regional Ops & Cost Control

The Bowers Group – A Legence Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the strategic and day‑to‑day management of our fleet operations in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. region. This exempt, full‑time role manages ~263 light‑duty vehicles and several CDL‑class vehicles, coordinating maintenance, telematics, compliance, and cost control.
