Personal Lines Account Manager

Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service RepresentativeIndependent insurance agency is seeking a licensed personal lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to service a book of personal lines insurance accounts. The insurance agency will require the personal lines CSR to respond to customer calls about policy changes, updates and coverage questions, and consult with customers on potential bundle saving opportunities. Up selling clients may be required to ensure customers have the appropriate amount of insurance protection. The CSR candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day customer service working closely with the agency to provide them personal lines insurance.Responsibilities will include:Support and service a wide range of personal lines accountsSupport agency with customer service related tasksHandle incoming new business sales calls or walk-in business as neededCross-sell or account rounding as needed ensuring clients have appropriate coverageLiaison between clients and insurance company representativesCertificates, endorsements, binders, and first claimsMarketing, quoting, rating of new client business and account renewalsRequirements:Property & Casualty Insurance License RequiredExperience with auto, home, boat, and recreational policiesMinimum 5 years Independent Agency experienceExperience with insurance salesExperience with account rounding/ cross-sellingKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software preferredExperience using agency management systems is strongly preferred J Edward Staffing LLC
