Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data & AI Delivery to lead the delivery of analytics, AI, and data products from initial intake through adoption and sustainment. The ideal candidate will own product governance, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, delivery execution, and business outcome realization across cross-functional Data & AI delivery teams. This role requires strong experience managing data, analytics, AI, or business intelligence initiatives, along with the ability to work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Analytics Delivery, Program Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering executive-facing analytics, data, or decision-support products.
- Proven experience delivering Data Science, AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Products.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and stage-gate governance.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and multiple analytical workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to present to VP and senior leadership audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
- MBA or relevant professional certification such as CSPO, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience working with enterprise Data & AI operating models and governance frameworks.
- Experience driving adoption and measuring business outcomes for analytics or AI products.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
