Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Acts Hospice is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Coordinate the implementation of each hospice plan of care. Ensure the needs of hospice participants and families are met according to the attending physician’s orders and the IDT Plan of Care. Advocate and educate for improved care of all people who are terminally ill. Qualifications Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2–3 years experience in hospice or a transferable clinical venue such as home care, geriatrics, or oncology. Current or eligible for certification in CPR. Certification in hospice and palliative nursing within two years of employment is strongly encouraged. Benefits and Pay Health benefits (medical, prescription, dental, and vision).
