Contract Recruiter

Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! The contract recruiter will assist the HR department to support plant operations. Prior recruiting and onboarding experience is required. Use workday to post jobs Screen applicants to ensure job requirements are met Conduct phone screen interviews. Schedule on-site interviews with supervisors/managers. Coordinate pre-employment screening (substance testing and background checks) Ensure accurate tracking of all applicants in workday. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations including SME timeslots for EHS, FSQA, etc. Produce weekly metrics and reports Assist with internal job postings. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Prior recruiting experience Ability to use MS Suite Prior use of Workday preferred.
