Elm Wood Center is now hiring full-time LNA's all shifts. Generous shift differentials for evening & night shifts. Rotational weekends required for direct care staff. Full-time is eligible for medical benefits or modified compensation, which is an additional 25% on the base rate of pay! Hourly rates include shift differentials and modified compensation calculation. This position also includes a $3,000 retention bonus! Responsibilities

The licensed nursing assistant - LNA works under the direction of registered nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• Assist patients and residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.

Posted salary range USD $20.00 - USD $32.75/hr. Bonus USD $3,000.00
