Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides expert nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, vascular, and radiology procedures. This role involves assessment, patient preparation, monitoring, sedation management, and recovery to ensure safe and effective care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after invasive procedures in the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.

• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Monitor hemodynamic status and manage sedation, maintaining compliance with safety standards.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergent situations during procedures.

• Document clinical findings and procedures accurately in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide continuous patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active CA RN license and have uploaded Nursys verification within the last two weeks.

• Possess a valid BLS and ACLS certification, with certifications uploaded and current.

• Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting.

• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, advanced hemodynamic monitoring skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Be willing to participate in mandatory on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
