We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a premier employee health and wellness clinic serving a professional workforce in Countryside, Illinois . With an average of just 10-14 patient visits per day , you'll have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven care in a setting that prioritizes prevention, wellness, and long-term health, not volume.

Position Details

• Pay: $70-$85/hour
• Location: Countryside, IL
• Position Type: Contract with strong potential to go temp-to-perm for the right candidate
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Plus either Saturday 7:00 AM-12:00 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month) or Tuesday 8:30 AM-1:30 PM
• 10-14 patient visits per day
• On-site support from 3 other Nurse Practitioners and 2 physicians

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive health services to a fixed population of union workers, dependents, and retirees
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform well-woman exams and Pap smears
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Document care using Epic EMR and collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required
• Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification preferred, not required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Comfort performing well-woman exams and Pap smears
