LEAD MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

Full-Time | Fayetteville, AR $23.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and leadership ability) Build More Than a Career — Help Build a Company. Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training and IICRC certifications Paid Time Off Career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture Direct access to ownership Opportunity to help build and lead a growing team Modern equipment and technology A company that values communication, ownership, and professionalism What You'll Do Lead residential and commercial water mitigation projects Perform mitigation work alongside technicians Coordinate daily field activities with the office Communicate proactively with customers throughout the job Keep documentation updated with accurate job information Complete moisture readings, documentation, and photo reports Ensure equipment, vehicles, and inventory are maintained Train and mentor technicians Conduct quality control before jobs are completed Help identify issues before they become customer concerns Assist with carpet cleaning and other restoration services as needed Continue expanding your skills through training and certifications What Success Looks Like The right candidate doesn't wait to be asked for updates. What We're Looking For 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience preferred IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership experience is preferred Comfortable with hands-on physical work Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Organized and detail-oriented Able to use smartphones and tablets for documentation Clean driving record High school diploma or GED Our Ideal Candidate You're someone who naturally takes ownership.
