Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Quality Assurance Manager (Ref job code: SQAM 01-26) (Has multiple openings)

Job Location: Tavant Technologies, Inc., 1 Tower Center Blvd, Suite 1603, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.

Job Duties:

Manage and enhance testing methodology, identify, and implement guidance to lead the QA processes to a higher level of maturity, and improve efficiency. Estimate, prioritize, and lead data quality engineering, design automation activities, and assist in innovation and adoption of leading test platforms/solutions. Collaborate and mentor cross-functional teams to analyze software requirements and design tests accordingly. Closely monitor project plans, project risks, status reports, and proactively escalate issues with mitigation plan.

Job Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Requires five years of experience in the job offered, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer or related occupation.

The required experience must include five years of experience with Appium, TypeScript, Robot Framework, Datadog, LoadRunner, Chaos Engineering, and Implementation of QA MCP server.

Salary Offered: $149,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year (Full-time)
