Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical

Job Overview Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Construction Project Manager I to join our National Mission Critical team. Responsibilities Administer assigned projects, overseeing specific project phases under supervision. Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors. Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners, professional groups, and contractors. Engage in pre‑construction activities: develop bid procedures, review bids, qualify vendors & subcontractors, estimate, and schedule. Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and commissioning processes. Lead construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development. Travel to projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience. At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry. Verification of employment to work in the U.S. is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools. Excellent communication, customer focus, professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Preferred Experience Mission Critical Data Center project experience. Knowledge of complex mission‑critical MEP systems. Understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes. Experience with critical work methods of procedures process.
