The Patient Observer at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, Inc. provides constant observation to keep at-risk patients safe, under the direction of the Registered Nurse, and performs care-related tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality. When not observing, duties may include other ancillary activities as needed.
