Litigation Associate

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a contract Litigation Attorney for a 6-month engagement, with potential for extension.

This role is remote, with Seattle-area candidates preferred. The firm is also open to strong West Coast candidates.

This role is best suited for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who can step in quickly and handle substantive litigation work.

Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing cases and assessing merits, risks, and weaknesses
• Communicating and negotiating settlements
• Drafting complaints, demand letters, discovery, and motions to compel
• Preparing deposition outlines
• Supporting partners on litigation strategy and case development

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting, discovery, and case analysis experience
• Deposition experience required
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Bonus experience includes bankruptcy court, Ponzi schemes, financial institution or financial services litigation, white collar defense, and investigations

Location: Seattle preferred, open to West Coast candidates

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

Pay Rate: $80–$93/hour, depending on experience
