About the Job Unit Highlights Nurses on Unit 2D provide care to acutely ill adult patients with a wide range of medical diagnoses. Unit 2D is a 27-bed unit that has expanded its scope of care to include ventilated patients at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.
