Les Missions Du Poste
Au sein de la direction Delivery Produit et plus prcisment dans l'Usine Logicielle, vous occupez le poste de Business Analyst rattach Baptiste BELLANGER, Team Leader de la Tribu Process Mtier de l'Usine Logicielle, vos missions principales :
- Recueillir les besoins des volutions priorises par le Product Owner
- De backlog (US/ UT/ Tches), pour les projets en Scrum
- De cahier des charges ou d'une spcification fonctionnelle dtaille, pour les projets en cycle en V
- Organiser, prparer et raliser les recettes MOA :
- Rdiger avec le Product Owner les Release Notes avant la mise en recette mtier (permettant aux clients de raliser leur recette)
- Participer aux rituels Scrum de l'quipe (daily meeting chaque matin, revue, rtro, sprint planning)
- Suivre les anomalies remontes sur son produit/ projet
- Suivre les demandes de service remontes sur son produit/ projet
- Contribuer la dfinition et au suivi de la roadmap du projet en lien avec le Product Owner
- Faire le lien avec les parties prenantes du projet
- Accompagner les nouveaux arrivants dans l'quipe projet
- Contribuer la cration des nouveaux environnements (en l'occurrence le suivi d'alimentation des rfrentiels, le suivi des paramtrages mettre en place dont mise charte etc...)
- Connaissances informatiques : AS400, Jira, Confluence.
- Connaissances organisationnelles : organisation et procdures
- Connaissances Mtiers: connaissances des cotisations et des adhsions , DSN en assurances de personnes.
- Connaissance de l'agilit (du Scrum)
- Jeux de donnes / requtes
- Veille technologique
- Amlioration de processus
- Exploitation d'une tude
- Gestion de la relation client
- Gestion de l'information et de la connaissance
- Identification des besoins clients
- Intgration des systmes
- Production de documentation
- Tests
- Exprience de Business Analyst d'au moins 3 ans
- Connaissance des mthodes de gestion de projet : Scrum / Cycle en V
- Exprience dans le monde des cotisations et des adhsions , DSN, assurances de personnes.
- Formaliser/ rdiger les besoins sous forme de :
- Organiser avec le Product Owner les rituels d'affinages avec le mtier/ client et les dveloppeurs pour valider le besoin et la solution mettre en oeuvre pour y rpondre
- Raliser les 3 Amigos
- Rdiger les conditions et tests d'acceptation
- Raliser la recette/ tests d'acceptation avant livraison au client pour recette mtier
Savoir ou connaissances :
Travail sur site de Chartres et/ou Paris et tltravail ;
Dplacements ponctuels hors rgion Centre et Ile de France selon les besoins projets et clients
