Sales Support Specialist

Medley, FL (Outside of Miami) | Full-Time | $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Global Food Corp. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our team in Medley, Florida.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations. • Process and manage customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry products
• Monitor order status and address issues to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to assist customers and internal teams
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions within the CRM system
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Assist the sales team with quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
• Help prepare sales reports and track order activity

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing preferred
• Experience in food distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred
