Schwieters Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Hand Sander/Wood Enthusiast for our Prefinish Department. You will sand wood materials by hand and with electric sanders, inspect for quality, and support a collaborative warehouse team to ensure on-time deliveries. Ideal candidates have basic finishing knowledge, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
