Responsibilities Lead one or more local Manpower convenience branch(es), overseeing all staffing operations and the P&L for the assigned market. Drive market growth through strategic sales initiatives, using sales enablement technology. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market analysis. Prepare and present customized staffing solutions, pricing models, and service proposals. Maintain consistent engagement at client locations to foster strong relationships and ensure service alignment. Conduct client visits to assess satisfaction, identify needs, and provide proactive support. Serve as primary liaison for client communications, issue resolution, and workforce planning. Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service excellence. Lead and develop a team of recruiters to meet defined performance goals. Monitor and report on market KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely and high‑quality candidate placements. Support high‑volume recruiting efforts and workforce scaling for client accounts as needed. Model our standards in all interactions and foster a culture of inclusivity and innovation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, addressing employee relation issues as needed. Serve as a thought leader in the community, leveraging ManpowerGroup solutions to enhance brand reputation. Typical Day (Sample) Team huddle: review daily goals and performance metrics. Client site visit: check in with supervisors and review workforce performance. Sales outreach: prospect or meet with potential clients to pitch staffing solutions. Networking: attend local business events with a client. Internal coaching & development: meet with recruiters individually to review candidate pipelines and troubleshoot challenges. Reporting & planning: update systems and plan next day’s visits and sales activities. Market operations: manage team schedules, reporting, coordination, and compliance. Qualifications In‑office requirement: onsite at branch offices 5 days per week. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel locally to client sites and networking events on a regular basis. Reliable transportation for frequent travel between branch office(s) and client locations. Flexible availability outside of standard business hours, including after‑hours calls, texts, or emails. Availability to visit client sites during off‑shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends). Sales: 2+ years selling a solution in a service industry. Management: 2+ years people and/or project management experience (people management preferred). Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Recruiting: In‑depth knowledge of the staffing industry or full life‑cycle recruitment. Operations: Experience managing a P&L. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
