Eastpark Dental is currently looking for a bright and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to add to our amazing team! Eastpark Dental is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service. We have a fantastic team and an amazing culture lead by Dr. Karl Weaver.

This position requires the individual to be flexible with the needs of the practice, working an average of 36-38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. The candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Salary: $20/hr - $25/hr based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and all front desk duties
• Understand and navigate patients' dental insurance
• Collect and document patient's charges and payments
• Strive for excellent customer service within the organization
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
• Thrive in a multitasking, high-paced, dynamic environment
• The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Experience:

• Dental: 1 year (Preferred, but will train the right individual)
